We are practitioners from the construction industry, possessing practical and expert knowledge regarding building projects, development control, project management, and other construction-affiliated aspects. With the qualification, knowledge, skills and the passion to contribute to the society, we are committed to design and create new solutions to the housing crisis we are facing with innovative ideas.

A dormitory-styled layout design would be adopted for a portion of rooms in the model, so as to free up 10 to 20% of floor spaces for enlarging the living space of each compartmentation and providing spaces for communal uses.
Cross-generation Co-living is adopted and complemented by community management systems, where the energetic young generation meets the wise and farsighted elder generation and create unexpected synergy and positive influence in the society.
